Its a while since I installed it but that looks like part of the original mount just bolted right onto the SG2100

The original LNB, it came without a cap so I never tried it out, it said linear polarization

A homemade plywood and mesh dish, it was an attempt to make the largest invisible dish that the SG2100

could handle. It was 48" diameter and although good from the visibility angle it wasn't really a success the

performance was equivalent to a solid 33" dish I had.

  Small surface irregularities of 2-3mm would explain that loss.
